Build capability that goes beyond insight Human Synergistics diagnostics provide powerful insight into leadership behaviour and organisational culture, but insight alone doesn’t create change. Accreditation ensures practitioners can interpret and apply this data effectively, building the internal capability needed to embed leadership and culture development within everyday systems. Develop practical skills to drive change Accredited practitioners learn how to administer diagnostics, interpret behavioural reports, and facilitate meaningful development conversations with individuals and teams. This enables them to support real leadership and culture initiatives, translating data into practical actions that improve performance. Strengthen credibility and connection Accreditation provides access to research based tools used by organisations globally, bringing depth and credibility to your practice beyond surface level approaches. It also connects you to a trusted network of consultants, HR professionals, and culture leaders working to create high performing organisations.
Accreditation includes two in person workshops, Foundations and Technical, where you build your understanding and practical skill.
You then apply your learning with real clients, supported by guidance and reflection, before attending a Recall Workshop to consolidate your experience.
On completion, you will be accredited and join a community of practitioners using these tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
There are two ways to work with our tools. Work with our consultants to gain insight and expert guidance, or get accredited to confidently use our diagnostics yourself and build internal capability.
