Carina creates genuine connections with both individuals and teams. With over 15 years experience on executive teams working for multinationals and as a board member of an internationally publicly listed business she is able to constructively challenge, inspire and assist leaders to develop both strategic and operational plans. She enjoys helping people to challenge their own paradigms and learn to think more effectively.
Carina has spent five years working in Asia, as Regional Development Manager for a multinational and on various merger and acquisition teams. Projects of note include the establishment of an Asian business, including entry into a number of markets namely; Taiwan, Singapore and China. She has also worked to establish joint venture projects in Bangladesh, New Zealand and Australia. In her global capacity Carina has coached a large number of senior executives including CEOs, Country and Regional Manager and Heads of academic institutes.
She has experience in a number of organisational sectors including FMCG, manufacturing, retail, academic institutes, health and government.
Darren’s facilitation and coaching style is “dynamically challenging”. With experience as an Army Officer in the Royal New Zealand Engineers, National Manager of the Training function at The Warehouse, the Head of Corporate Strategy for a large financial institution overseas, working in HR for DB Breweries and running a consulting practice, Neil brings an experienced lens to the way organisations can work.
His work in developing the High Performance Teams (HPT) Framework is a culmination of years of real-world application, academic study and consulting with a wide variety of teams and industries. The framework creates the opportunity for a group of highly effective individuals to be moulded into highly effective teams.
He believes effective performance is achieved when leaders build environments for others within the business to be Clear and Committed, Courageous and Creative, Caring and Capable, and are Connected and Collaborative. Neil helps grow these leaders and build these environments.

Dr Robert A Cooke
From the beginning, Organisational Cultural exper Dr Robert A Cooke ph.D worked with Dr Lafferty to develop and refine the Circumplex, a visual model for measuring and progressing Constructive styles in individuals, managers, leaders, teams, and organisations.
Our current ANZ Chair Shaun McCarthy, along with business partners Roy Lynch and Michael Gourley, set up the New Zealand business in 1979, the first outside of the USA.
Shaun and his business partners introduced Human Synergistics to Australia in 1989. The Accreditation Programme began in 1997, and in 2015 our Client centric office in North Sydney opened its doors under the leadership of David Byrum who currently serves as the Managing Director.
