Management Impact (M/I) is a research based feedback tool that helps managers understand how their approach affects others and their overall effectiveness. It provides a clear picture of how a manager sees themselves alongside how they are experienced by others, creating the foundation for meaningful development and improved leadership impact. M/I brings together two perspectives. The Self Report Inventory allows managers to reflect on their own approach and the impact they intend to have, while the Description by Others Inventory gathers feedback from selected peers, leaders, and team members on how they are actually experienced. The results are brought together in a comprehensive, confidential report, which is then worked through with a Human Synergistics consultant or accredited practitioner to identify key gaps and develop a practical plan for growth.
